Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support ongoing projects by monitoring project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Additionally, there will be regular participation in stakeholder communications to ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.


  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Identifying project changes.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.


To be successful as a project coordinator, one will need to be able to work on tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, be competent in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Project, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
