Description:
Ensures the site’s physical structures and utility systems are maintained and repaired to prevent interruption of operational activities and provide for a clean and safe work environment. Maintains multiple corporate office work environments.
Duties:
- Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
- Manages, evaluates and tracks all user operation, maintenance and security requests.
- Evaluate building-related processes and make recommendations to ensure greater efficiency.
- Manages and monitors the security vendor for consistent adherence to security guidelines and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provides management for construction projects both large and small.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures manuals.
- Acts as main point of contact and maintain relations between FME and landlord.
- Ensures adherence to and execution of all elements of leases.
- Reviews all activity to ensure that all building standards are maintained.
- Manages vendors and support groups for all facilities activities, including negotiating vendor pricing and working with vendors to obtain information and quotes.
- Interacts with internal departments and external customers, particularly in problem resolution.
- Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interprets and recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
- Program or project responsibility generally within the function.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.
- Provide technical guidance.
